Using the footage provided, I needed to capture the atmosphere of a fast-paced and honest bakery. Madame Donut explains in detail the craftsmanship that goes into curating her donut empire and how every second of the day can be used productively. I wanted it to be informative but also grasp the energy of her busy days.
